the noise, the smell of the tyres, the sheer power and acceleration...dont forget to check out the pictures from my trip to Indianapolis - my first formula 1 experience.

Family time off
Almost 2 months back, I initiated a plan...a one week vacation that was bundled between 2 weekends and will be my longest vacation ever in United States. My family was here and I had this whole action packed trip arranged from all the way starting with my hometown jersey to the driving forces of the "New South" referred as Atlanta.
Sounds like fun huh, well, it was except the driving part which literally I did alone. We visited the country's capital and checked out capital house, white house, reflecting pool, lincoln memorial and probably streets off DC like China town but none of those mind-drilling museums. The plan was to spend the night at my old Lokhandwala third lane buddy's place - Kumar. He had this party going on that night where I met a lot of people - of which Tarun, SAP (Sapna - i like calling you this) and Gowri (no typos this time) became friends. As a matter of fact, both the charming ladies them accompanied us to Shenandoah State Park, Virginia.
Some snapshots below...
Gowri and Sapna
This time with Chandni
Now with Kumar
After spending a second night at Kumar's place, I knew I had to travel 650+ miles that day inspite of all the customary fucks and shits. Trip passed by smooth since the exciting part was that the vacation is starting.
Thats my atta-boy...my darling champ.
More next time. Meanwhile, what items do you think should feature in this trip, and why? Let me know!

Who says so?
I just got home from Lage Raho Munna Bhai with a smile in my face and immune system boosted. Everyone has acted well. If Arshad Warsi has delivered good dialogues, Boman Irani had its own charm too. The movie as a whole was pleasant and light-hearted. Must watch, readers.
If Sanjay Dutt gave a good performance being a doctor in part one, he has won even more hearts by being a Gandhian and breaking the ice of follow-ups usually poorly directed. Sequels are bad. Who says so?
Wish Sanju Baba said that dialogue once more 'Jaadu Ki Jhapki'!!

All the way jack hammering from Brooklyn
Eight of us headed towards McLeod Park, Brooklyn around 8 in the morning for community work sponsored by our company. The project description stated bulb painting, gardening, landscaping with the children and growing plants. Couldn't have asked better than an early weekend since it was already a Friday and you all know how much I love weekends (ok, sleep).
To our anticipations, there wasn't what we actually expected. First, there were no children nor there were bulbs to paint. Second, I was shown a jack hammer that was probably more than my weight and we had to use to slam open 3 cement slabs. Trust me, it was scorching hot plus working on that machine required one to be a beast. I wasn't the right person. Nevertheless, I drove a bus so I can work on this mind blowing drill as well.
